While working for the Youth organization Lead on i met a young fella who was interested in film making and so i helped him, and even though this was his first attempt at making a film and it was rushed and we didn’t stick to the script it still turned out alright… i spose.

so i heard a few weeks back that snow patrol are coming back to tour Australia already! sweet! coz i wanna see them however last time they were in aus they play a sold out show at the forum in the city hold maybe 500 – 800 people tickets were $50. this time tickets are $80 and their playing at rod laver arena, What changed since the first show? grey’s anatomy did. Chasing cars shot to most download song on the charts within a minute of the song being shown on grey’s anatomy, you couldn’t even buy the single because it wasn’t out. However this tour they are doing something different EVERY TICKET SOLD COMES WITH A FREE COPY OF THEIR LATEST ALBUM! FANTASTIC I SAY! if i didn’t already own it…. all well. I found their latest clip on youtube its pretty nifty.

So yeah i’ve been busy again. Out and about and this time i went and saw Powderfinger Play at the Forum in the city, it was pretty damm good! They played a 90 minute set of new and old songs. Seeing them live makes their albums sound like shit because it just doesnt compare to the sound they get when their up “rocking it” live on stage. Plus the forum is one of the best venues to see a band play because it was once the state theater its all fitted out to look like an old Greek courtyard inside. was just an amazing night.
