So i just arrived home after watching missy higgins play, it was pretty awesome concert, she played for 2 hours but broke it up a bit with her tell stories of her experiances witch was pretty cool, i enjoyed it and her vioce kinda freaks me out a bit because shes not a very big person yet her voice can be heard but by far the best bit was when she basicly said “rather then running off stage and making yous guys wait for an oncore we are just going to pretend we went of stage and came back rather then lying to you and saying this is our last song when its really our 4th last song” it was an awesome night.

For my Birthday this year I got a nintendo WII the only reason i didn’t already own one was because i wasn’t sure it would be worth the 500 dollars but now i am. Recently i’ve discovered the magic. It’s not the games that make the console what it is, its the features internet access is the best thing that Nintendo has ever done and that includes Mario. Recently I’ve discovered the magic of Virtual console for around 5 – 10 dollars (depending on the game) you can download old favorites, so far I’ve done loaded donkey kong 1 & 2, street fighter 2, streets of rage and Mario bros. and with the help of the classic controller that plugs into the wiimote you can relive the awesome games. Now that we have a perfect Wifi network in our house the game boy DS is also able to access the internet meaning, you can trade Pokemon across the world, race in diddy kong racing agaist others across the world and chat. its all pretty amazing and with people slowly hacking both systems to incorporate even more things like watching tv and listening to the radio on the wii the possibilities are endless. As for the gaming, i recently passed Dragonball z and looked like a fool doing so because in order to do specials you have to act them out, modern technology rocks. i love my wii.

For weeks and weeks now i’ve been watching Heroes every wednesday night until a few week back i missed two episodes which basically resulted in me having no idea what was going on so after acquiring a copy of the first 22 episode i started to watch and wow!

There really isn’t anything like Heroes on TV and the last 4 episode are fantastic! tonight we downloaded episode 23 the final episode and it was great! the ending is what i expected and it shows there is another season in the works already!

I was just looking at the heroes website just then and you can actually watch all 23 episode on it which is pretty sweet, But i reckon its awesome that someone has put something original on the Tv although….. no its over what am i going to watch now huh?

For so long now I’ve done things with out music and finally i grave, i was fed up with listening to gossip on the trains or fat at the gym so one day i just brought an ipod! how ever i couldn’t afford a new one so i brought a refurbished one of apple.com.au for half the price. its a 30gb video ipod and its already full. So now i have a new Apple Imac and an Apple Ipod and everything is working great! except for one thing i found out recently after attempting to do some editing on an Imac.

Basically if you try to edit something that is rather high quality it doesn’t work it ‘Drops Frams’ and freezes because everything is build in to the imac then everything runs together so all devices and operating systems are running off the one hard drive while i’m trying to write film to it so it drops frames and crashes something i wish i knew before buying this Imac, it will still edit just not professionally. bugger. but my ipod is perfect and Music is fantastic!

Welcome to Savingprivatescott.com a new website site for everything from blogging to forum and this would be my first half decent post in the way of blogging and to keep in the theme of things its about movies.

The last 2 weeks i’ve managed to see 3 movies at the cinema and i plan to see many more the first i saw was 300 and let me just saw WOW it was amazing so good in every way possible its the sort of film i’d love to make but the graphics and visuals are stunning to say the least and the story is pretty damm good too its well worth the money to see it at the cinema not so much to watch it on DVD on your 51cm tv at home. so pretty.

The Next movie i saw was shooter, something a little different from what i’ve been watching the past few weeks, its a pure action film about a shooter, the best sniper there is and how the government tries to frame him for a presidential assassination and all that sorta crap. its your basic action with little plot and like any good action film it ends with him shooting everyone.

In the coming weeks a plan to see so many more: History boys, Pirates of the Caribbean 3, Sherek 3, Transformers, 28 weeks later, black sheep, fantastic 4 2, the simpsons movie, Die hard 4.0, oceans 13, day watch, resident evil 3, and the number 23.
