Pub trivia is alot of things but theres nothing like pub trivia with no rules but no matter how many I-phones you have you can never just win with google alone, friends are the best way to win and with our brazilian housemate away we were screwed when asked “what  are the two carnival capitals of brazil?” being the last question we only had a few minutes to answer and failed. comming 2nd for it. I blame the housemate. (and google a little bit)

(I’m Back)

Although the week in my life has been pretty cool in the fact that i got to see the chaser’s live comedy gig which was awesome, i saw indie jones for the 2nd time (not my idea) and saw the new narnia movie which i enjoyed greatly. but the crap brought on by customers at work and nadines work, uni and now party load has got me feeling low. i haverent seen the girl (apart from in her sleep) for 2 days now and probley wont till tomorrow night unless she decides to go out then as well. this has led to an extremly clean house ( i got bored and cleaned it and now theres no one home to mess it up) and me nearly passing GTA4 in a single week. Don’t get me wrong i enjoy alone time as much as the next person i even started reading a book first time since year 7. but i don’t like the alone time anymore, i’ve had enough and i need to talk to people, the only interaction i’ve had with living breathing people are the stupid fucking customers from work who drain my life constantly and as i’ve been put in a higher role for the past few days i get nothing but draining from staff and customers needless to say its sucks and it makes me suck and as i stumble home after a long day at work i find an empty house and only the thourght in mind is the next person i talk to is going to be another drainer tomorrow…….

So lately it seems kinda pointless to blog with people stalking you on facebook and all. i mean really! come on people!!! no wonder all those people who dont have facebook say they either have no idea how to work it or they think its for pedo’s. so whats new? well not much… its that time of year when all the bills come and leaving me poor and in debt, which sucks because i haverent really had money for the past 3 weeks now. but things are looking up. going to the chasers comedy show tonight, nadine brought tickets months ago so thats pretty damm awesome. going fishing for the first time since jan with shaye, were going to make a day drip to anglesea and catch ourselves a brim!!!!! or 50! and if all works out maybe we’ll do it more often. Apart from all that, nadine finally got her PS3 she won and with the vouchers from her birthday she brought gta4, quite possible the best game every, you can do what you want when you want in it if that means, getting a girlfriend, killing cops, going shopping, pubbing, clubbing, bowling, anything really. if you get bored pull out your phone and dail 911 and wait for the cops to come and have some fun. i rather enjoy rolling in my helicopter picking up bitches. as you can see… having no money for the past 3 weeks mean all i do is play gta4 constantly even in my lunch break. i know a tat stupid. apart from that not much else is new. project blindsighted will be on youtube by the end of the month. so look out for it and if you are on youtube anytime soon check out saving private scott…. those kids are still picking on but davo’s got my back.

Regardless of what people say, i’m not a hugly crazy person! but that last weekend… easter weekend has been pretty bloody crazy! first it was the random driving out to sunshine to pick up the freeloader for smash bros! (totally worth it! a fucking amazing game! best graphics from any nintendo game ever!)  then friday night we headed into the city, had some dinner and then we went and saw Dave Hughes Live for the comedy festival and it was pretty amazing! Work was normal for saturday apart from the consuming of over a kilo of easter eggs. i get home and find nadine and a work friend in my house… half an hour later we are at a bbq…. i’m cooking somehow and everything is pretty normal…. apart from me being the only boy there… we have a few drinks and a chat and then before ya know you driving drunk girls back to their places to get changed before jumping in a taxi with a guy named oscar (great taxi driver!) who didnt mind nadines friend climbing from the back seat to the front while driving…. then beeping to horn, then fighting with the driver to get him to come drinking… oh then climbing onto the roof screaming! “WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” anyway we got to the place that we didnt know where was….. if that make sense because it doesnt! either does that! we got into a doof doof club lined up some shots and got crushed but all the doof doofers! in the house!  so then we decide to find pool. by now the BAC is sky rocketing and no-one is really sure whats going on… we find the pub we want to get into but theres a gaint line! a bit of sweeting talking by the 5 fine ladies i was with and all of the sudden we are at the front of the line… woo such a VIP… anyway in the end we got drunk, had a ball and spent around 280 bucks of going nutz and loosing control out on the town! so 1pm rolls round and we roll out of bed… have some food and back into the city for akmal! another comedy festival event it was funny but somehow i managed to get row a seat 1 and 2 nadine freaked thinking we would get picked on… we survived though. and it was pretty bloody funny! and then the next day it was the time we were waiting for, GAME ON! just imagine walking into a gaint arcade that is just full of games from the last 30 years! we spent 2 hours playing games from our childhood it was so much fun and brought back so many memories. so anyway after the expo we went back to my place and me and my sister played smash bros for 5 hours straight before calling it a day…. and then nothing… we stopped and relaxed for a second… it has been an awesome weekend… a full on weekend but awesome all the same. we should do it more often then again at the same time we should relax more often too. awesome!

It has been an INSANE couple of months! i’ll try to remember it all but i’m sure i wont! i think the first thing that happened since i last posted was Jemma and Dylan came to visit from Adelaide! was very cool we didn’t do anything all that exciting but just having old friend round to catch up is pretty cool in its self, sure we gambled, got drunk and played large amounts of WIItendo but it was good to catch up with some old mates. the following week i had a visit from my cuz warren who spent a week in Thailand after enduring 2 whole days “Thailand is so awesome because…” we headed into the city for the national motorcycle expo, not a big deal right? well thats what i thought until we had to line up for an hour and a half to get in! there were thousands of people trying to get in, once in it was pretty cool checking out the hot bikes and booth babes and watching the crusty demons pull some full crazy tricks! we got home about midnight and got up around 3am to drive back to mildura for Emily’s wedding. as much as i enjoy heading home and catching up with mates there was no time, we were driving down Saturday and home Sunday and the wedding goes for like 10 hours anyhow, i quickly got over the fact i was in mildura for such a small time once i got to the wedding, Emily looked amazing and there were allot of old friends i haven’t seen since i left mildura nearly two years ago now. With alot of old work friends there i felt a little weird, because me being who i am i just don’t like the idea of visiting my old work after ditching them 2 years ago so i’ve been a bit of a ghost to them until i turned up at the wedding all of the sudden attentions turned to me and endless amount of photos were taken, one with bride, one with Nadine, one with work friends, one with friends even me breaking it down on the dance-floor (or was it breaking down on the dance-floor) they said they were going to post some photos to me so ill put them up and everyone can check it out. we called my brother(taxi) to pick me up and take us home. they next day we got up said goodbye to everyone we had seen and hit the road once again, we got pretty hungry on the road so i was stopping at every 2nd truck stop to try and find something decent to eat but instead just ate some shit instead we got home around 8pm, cleaned up the place a bit and got ready for work the next day and back to what seems so to be such a fast pace life compared to the life in mildura. and then it happened. the spanner in the plan. i had organised work, housework and life in general around sneaking off for the weekend to attend the wedding and now ready to get back to normal instead i paid the price for eating truck stop food with a nasty stomach virus they knocked me out for 2 days, after not eating for 3 days i returned to work with alot to catch up on, the pressure just wiped out that good feeling of returning for a holiday. Me and Nadine have been discussing for months now the idea of getting a big arse tv. so on the Thursday night at 9pm we went to hardly normal (Harvey Norman) and brought ourselves a 42″ LCD TV and no we didn’t finance it – don’t be stupid! debt is for chumps! after struggling to fit it in the car we got it home set it up and sat there in oar of the extra large tv! i will never go back to a 51cm or smaller again. so pretty.  so the past week has been WORK, SLEEP, FACEBOOK and BIG TV and thats all. I’m become so addicted to facebook thanks to RY mainly and his damn poker addiction, and it sux because my balance in chips is 0 and his is over 10,000 damm him! MYspace is so yesterday, face book is the next fad. just look at the new telstra ad….. speaking of ads how funny is the asimo ad where the robot is like “if i had legs like asimo i would goto mildura and pick oranges” mildura of all places, mildura doesn’t even get that ad. On the weekend we attended Linkin Park! i wasn’t really hopping for much because so many people told me they were shit live after seeing them at livid years ago but they were wrong. first of all Chris cornell was supporting, as much as i love the guy and his music from audioslave i dont like his solo album, thank god he just played audio slave and sound garden songs linkin park come out and played amazingly it was pumping the crowd was crazy over it! chester even jumped into the mosh pit to sing “what i’ve done” and survived mind you. mr hahn had his DJ solo and there were acoustic and piano versions of some of the songs and plenty of sing alongs and moshing as well very awesome show, although i dont think linking park enjoyed it as much, we went to the sunday show and on the monday show in the first half of the show chester jumped from the top stage to the bottom and landed on his wrist breaking it, he played 3 more songs before going of the stage only to come back to tell everyone it was broken not much he cant do about it now and finished the show before collapsing. which pissed off some selfish fans because they missed out on the half hour encore.  last but not least i let nadine do something rather silly, she brought a 500 dollars graphics tablet on the condition i get her credit card, she did say she needed for school so i let her and it is very very cool. but then again so far all i’ve done with it is play poker on face book. lol because thats pretty much all i do on the computer these days. if you see me on face book playing poker please please give me CHIPS! i need them so much! and i think thats all folks! my birthday party will be on australia day so keep your day clear and i cant wait to hit the beach with mel in feburary, sun and sea air! nothing beats it and ad some fishing and you get the ultimate holiday! man… it never  ends.

I feel so tired right now. and its only 6pm, the recent lack of sleep is driving me nuts, its a mixture of stress, working a 49 hour week and being kept up all night by nadine doing homework, but at the same time i really dont want to sleep infact the thourght of sleeping right now seems so boring! i’ve been working such long hours because everyone seems to be on holiday and at the same time everyone seems lazy, i dont know if i’m just tired and lazy or what by all my staff seem to be doing nothing and what they do attempt to do seems to be done sooooo sloooow, it makes me so god damm mad! and so i treated my self to some retail therapy and where girls (most of them) buy clothes and shoes guys buy gadgets and what better place then ebay! so last night i brought a portable monitor and wireless controller and car kit for my gamecube, thats right no more boring drives in my car its now full of entertainment! woohoo, i also brought some DVDs including Band of brothers (watched it all already it is brilliant! thank god their making more!) and the borne movies to refresh my memory before seeing the 3rd movie on Sunday (bloody excellent movie although not satisfied by the ending) and when turning up at the cinema we noticed something was going on or had been going on with an abundance of paparazzi and celebs hanging round. only was it later that night thanks to that little news thing that pops up when you log into messenger did i find out that we had only just missed Daniel Radcliffe there for the premier of the new film “December boys”. In other news the two girls (Bethany webster & Emily kinleyside) from the movie project blindsighted are getting married… in the same week (freaky as) the first being the end of this month, and although its a shame neither pursued their acting careers i do wish both have fantastic day and future. speaking of big things i turn 21 in jan next year, and anyone who is anyone will be invited and if your not invited then i never liked you anyway please stop talking to me. but really its important everyone attends because i really want to have at least 10 times the amount of people that attended my sisters 21st thats right 10 times the amount so like 20 will do. Yeah! in others things i’ve been buying i just brought in Trauma center the game for WII! thats right i brought the game to support nadines addiction! just like i brought cooking momma, its not out in Australia yet i think. but thank god for ebay because it was out in the uk! those pommys get all the good things first and its all because the world feels sorry for them because they cant play cricket properly.

One more thing… its always nice to know Mildura breeds champions….  

so its been over a month since i’m blogged and for good reason, mainly because i cant seem to get the spammers off my forum dammit! but mainly because i’ve been so god damm busy.

Finally i’ve finished watching stargate, start to end – Thanks jemma!, it only took a few months, i’ve ordered to band brothers to watch next   no i’m no adicted but i have decided my tv is too small , in other news my room-mates have moved out finally! it was a struggle but we got there and now its just me and nadine again, dont get any ideas of moving in because i’m having a month of peice and quiet after that you can talk to nadine about it and she will say yes then we will discuss it,

I went and saw the simpsons movie and die hard 4 both were good and both were what i expected except in die hard 4 it seemed everyone had 9 lives, also watched evan almightey – very shit!.

i’ve taken on more hours and more responsabilty at work, it seemed like a good idea at the time and i do like the extra 200 dollars a week, but  its drained  me horrible and the  more i take on the more it hole gets deeper and the harder its going to be to get out of it to do film making one day. it doesnt help that nadine is like doing the course i’ve always dreamed of doing, how catchy is  old man river’s  – la

in other news, tomorrow is the road trip to mildura with the boys, its been a while but the team are getting back together to wish matt scott a happy 21st birthday! it should be a pretty amazing night, after all its matt we are talking about.

a couple weeks back both me and nadine  did something only a young and dumb person would do, we went to bendigo for a birthday leaving melbourne at 5 on saturday night, and we out on the town with mel in bendigo got quite drunk run into a guy with a rubber dick taped to his hand, had kfc at  2  in the morning and went back to mels place, getting up at 5.30 and getting on a train back to melbourne and back to work at 8am, hung over and sore. was a wild night.

anyway its getting to the buisness end of the  year, its warmer, and theres more to do and more people to see and as much as i enjoy the excitment i enjoy so time to relax as well but hopefully over the next few months we can catch up with a few people we haverent seen in a while. oh and dont forget i’m turning 21! at the end of january next year so be prepared to party.

Right now i am watching stargate… i’m half way though season 6 THANKS JEMMA! I haverent got much else to do  tonight because nadine is non responsive Stupid Book.  I’m starting to get over the whole transformers thing, i’ve seen the movie twice downloaded it and watched it a futher 3 times, played and passed the game on wii and played it on gameboy transformers is done, so….. Bring On the SIMPsONS movie, i know i’ve got my ticket for opening night! and for those who think thats a bit silly to have brought my tickets 2 weeks ago well to them i say THE SIMPSONS movIE! is my HARRY POTTER!

For so long now I’ve done things with out music and finally i grave, i was fed up with listening to gossip on the trains or fat at the gym so one day i just brought an ipod! how ever i couldn’t afford a new one so i brought a refurbished one of apple.com.au for half the price. its a 30gb video ipod and its already full. So now i have a new Apple Imac and an Apple Ipod and everything is working great! except for one thing i found out recently after attempting to do some editing on an Imac.

Basically if you try to edit something that is rather high quality it doesn’t work it ‘Drops Frams’ and freezes because everything is build in to the imac then everything runs together so all devices and operating systems are running off the one hard drive while i’m trying to write film to it so it drops frames and crashes something i wish i knew before buying this Imac, it will still edit just not professionally. bugger. but my ipod is perfect and Music is fantastic!
